In the this episode, we spoke about any regrets on our first purchase and what we are doing next?

Janice and I went on a different route in getting our first property - both are HDB dwellings; Janice went on the resale route and I bought a resale HDB. However, we went through the journey without sound advise from a trusted realtor and on hindsight, we both agreed that it would've been a easier journey if we have seek help! Especially, after joining the industry and learnt so much along the way, hence we hope to share our little journey with our clients and friends who are looking to secure their first home or starting on their property investment journey.

In this episode, we also spoke a little bit about our retirement goals, while its still work-in-progress, we definitely know we don't want to be in situation where we need to adjust our lifestyles drastically during our golden years or in our world, being "uncomfortable when older", where we should be enjoying with sufficient funds for our daily needs.
