I started my career in the world of digital advertising, having worked with many brands spanning across 18 years in the industry. The years in advertising has given him insight not only to consumer behaviour but also exposed me to the world of data analytics, where user's data are dissected and analysed to create a seamless and targetted user's journey that gives better conversions to our clients.

In 2019, while taking a break from my long digital career, I decided to take on the CEA RES course to "do something different". What started as just an avenue to gain more knowledge has led me down to a different career path.
​
What seems to be a totally different industry has some very interesting similarity i.e, Data, Analytics, Consultation and Strategy! This give me the edge in understanding my client's needs, and developing a concise plan to achieve those goals from our consultation.

All these will not be possible unless I have the utmost trust of my astute clients, where we work very closely to develop a strategy for the purchase of their home or to achieve their financial goals in property investments!

A team I can call family! No man is an island, and I am very grateful that I am part of the Propnex PNG Adrian Koh Division. A young and dynamic team of close to 70 individual coming together to share our expertise and experience to elevate our skills and give us an edge when engaging with our clients.

We are constantly unlearning and relearning new skills and always staying one step ahead of our competitors through knowledge sharing sessions aimed at equipping us with the latest measures and news that can potential assist our clients in making their decisions.
